Shipping Costs & Delivery
ZiZZO Bikes provides free ZiZZO Express™ 2-Day Shipping on most bike orders shipped within the contiguous United States, subject to product eligibility and inventory availability.
Accessory orders ship via standard ground service.
Standard shipping charges apply to Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 business hours. Orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time on a business day typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM Pacific Time typically ship the next business day.
Business days exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays.
ZiZZO Express™ Free 2-Day Shipping
ZiZZO Express™ provides fast, predictable delivery on most bikes without requiring a paid membership or subscription.
Eligible bikes are identified by the ZiZZO Express™ logo on the product page.
Most orders arrive within two business days after shipment. Delivery time is measured from the date the order ships, not the date the order is placed.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control.
Most accessories do not qualify for ZiZZO Express™ and ship separately via standard ground service.
Oversized, special-order, restricted, or unavailable items may not qualify.
ZiZZO Bikes reserves the right to change product eligibility at any time.

- USPS or FedEx Ground depending on size and weight

Carrier selection may vary. Please contact Customer Service with questions.
Orders going to the same customer and shipping address may be combined whenever possible. To facilitate faster processing, orders may also be split into multiple shipments and may arrive separately.
Shipping Restrictions
ZiZZO Bikes currently does not offer:
- Expedited air or overnight shipping
- International shipping, including Canada and Mexico
- Shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam, or other U.S. territories
- Shipping to PO Boxes
- Shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
- Third-party carrier pickups
- Freight forwarding services
If bike delivery is unavailable to your address, you may arrange delivery to a nearby FedEx Store or FedEx Customer Care Center. Certain accessories may also be subject to this restriction.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Carrier information
- Tracking number
- A link to track your shipment
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours after carrier pickup to become active.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and making arrangements to receive the shipment.
Apartment and Multi-Unit Deliveries
To help prevent theft and ensure secure delivery, shipments going to apartments, condominiums, townhome communities, and other multi-unit residences may require a signature upon delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the shipment for pickup according to carrier policies.
Customers may modify delivery preferences through the carrier's delivery portal, including:
- Signature release
- Vacation holds
- Alternate delivery locations
- Other delivery instructions
Please note that customer-requested carrier delivery changes may release ZiZZO Bikes from responsibility for theft, damage, loss, delays, or mis-delivery occurring after those changes are requested.
Address Accuracy and Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Because orders are processed quickly, address changes may not be possible after an order has been placed.

While we will make reasonable efforts to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
ZiZZO Bikes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, or returned after unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be processed as a return.
Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment to a corrected address.
Refunds, replacements, or reshipments will be handled according to the applicable Return Policy and Warranty Policy.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are based on normal carrier operations and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur because of:
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Holidays and peak shipping periods
- Carrier disruptions
- Mechanical failures
- Labor actions
- Road closures
- Local emergencies
- Other events outside ZiZZO Bikes' control
Carrier delays do not entitle customers to refunds, shipping reimbursement, product discounts, or special compensation unless otherwise required by law.
Changes to Shipping Services
ZiZZO Bikes may modify, suspend, or discontinue shipping programs, eligibility requirements, service areas, or this policy without prior notice.
The policy posted on zizzo.bike at the time an order is placed applies to that order.
