Shipping Costs & Delivery

ZiZZO provides free UPS Ground shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States. Standard shipping fees apply for Hawaii and Alaska. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours from our Union City, CA facility.

Shipping Methods

- Bikes: Shipped via UPS Ground in the contiguous US and USPS for Hawaii and Alaska
- Accessories: Shipped via USPS or UPS Ground depending on package size and weight
- Hawaii/Alaska Accessories: Carrier may vary. For question or concerns please contact Customer Service.
- Orders going to the same customer and shipping address will be combined when possible to minimize shipments and delays

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not offer:
• Expedited shipping
• International shipping (including Canada and Mexico)
• Shipping to Puerto Rico, Guam and other US territories
• Shipping to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
• Third-party carrier pickups
• Freight forwarding services

If we cannot deliver bikes to your address, you can arrange delivery to a nearby UPS Store or UPS Customer Care Center. Some accessories may also have this delivery restriction.

Order Tracking & Delivery
