At ZiZZO Bikes ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases made directly from our website; excluding tools. All sales are final for tools.
Return Eligibility Requirements
- Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery receipt
- Item must be in original condition with minimal signs of use
- All original packaging, manuals, multi-tools, factory installed accessories and documentation must be included
- Please note: All sales are final for tools.
- Product must not show signs of abuse, damage, or neglect
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must:
- Complete the appropriate Return Authorization Form:
- Await confirmation email containing shipping guidelines
- Package item(s) securely according to provided instructions
- Remove or cover any old shipping labels from the shipping box, as failure to do so may result in additional return shipping charges.
- Ship items to the designated return address
Shipping Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. Customers may:
- Choose their preferred shipping carrier
- Request a shipping quote from ZiZZO (original packaging required)

Refund Processing
Upon receipt of returned items:
- Items will undergo inspection for compliance with return policy
- Customer will receive email confirmation of return receipt and refund status
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
Deductions and Fees
The following circumstances may result in refund deductions:
- Damage or missing components due to improper return packaging
- Shipping damage during return transit
- Returns to Sender (RTS) due to customer error will incur two-way shipping deductions
- Service charges for items requiring repairs or replacement parts
- Re-deliveries due to failure to obscure or remove original shipping label.
