Do I need to have my bike professionally assembled?

If you've recently purchased or are considering making a purchase of a ZiZZO folding bike, you do NOT need to have your new bike professionally serviced or assembled. 
Bikes sold online are typically sold in some state of disassembly, but not ZiZZO Bikes! ZiZZO Bikes are fully assembled and ready to ride. You will need to slide in the seat post (no tools needed), perform a pre-ride safety check (Pre-ride check page here) and for the FERRO Model only, install the right pedal (Tool included; ONLY WITH FERRO MODEL). This initial process should take about 5-10 minutes to complete!
Depending on where you purchase your ZIZZO, you may be asked to add a service package (see image below). Please be aware that you can certainly have your bike professionally looked at, but it not necessary.
