Returns and Repacking your ZiZZO Bike
The team at ZiZZO hopes that you enjoy your new ZiZZO bikes for years to come. We feel we’ve engineered a bike that is perfect for everyone.
If you’ve purchased a ZiZZO and you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return the bike; no questions asked.
To process your return and receive your refund, you will need to send the bike back to us in a working and ridable condition.
Customers are responsible for returning shipping. You have the option to choose your carrier, or you can request a quote from us by checking it off on the form. Please note this requires the original box.
If you need us to send you a return shipping label, please indicate so on the Return Authorization form Click here for forms
The cost of the shipping label depends on your location and we will confirm with you, the cost, before sending the label. You are, of course, welcome to use your preferred shipping service.
Please follow the instructions (click here to view instructions) to repack your bike for shipping to minimize potential damage.
We understand that as part of your 30-day trial, there will be some signs of use on the bike, which is perfectly ok.
*Exceptions: There may be fees assessed for the following (even if the return is within the 30-day money-back guarantee):
- Excessive wear or damage to the bike.
- Replacement of parts that are damaged.
- The labor cost associated with repairing the bike.
- Any damage to the bike is not inherent in riding the bike in the manner outlined in the owner’s manual.

Are there any charges for return?
- There are no restocking charges for returns within 30 days of receiving your order (please see *.
- There are refurbishment and/or labor charges for returns after 30 days of receiving your order. The charges will vary, depending on the condition of the returned item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- I want you to know that you are responsible for any charges associated with returning the product.
Are there any charges for damages incurred during the RETURN shipping:
- Deductions may be made to your refund if the bike was received damaged due to improper repacking and/or return shipping damage.

How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
