Instructions for repacking your ZiZZO bike
- Begin by unfolding your bike (if it’s in the folded position).
- Shift the bike into the GEAR 1 or 2.
- Lower the kickstand. This will allow you to work around the bike, hands free.
- Remove the seat post. Set aside for now.
- Wrap the bike in the protective material that your bike was originally shipped with:
- When wrapping the bike, please make sure to cover any areas of the bike that may come into contact with:
- Another part of the bike
- The box
- Wrap the saddle and seatpost
- Turn the handle bar up and raise up, fold the stem, raise the kick stand, and fold the bike in half.
- With the seat post removed, you will need to use the foam block that came with your bike to support the front of the bike.
- Place the foam block under the bottom bracket of the bike.
- Rotate the crank arms from the recommended storage HORIZONTAL position to the packing VERTICAL position. Secure the block with a zip tie or packing tape to the crank arm.

- Replace the plastic packing material
- Rear Axle Nut (OUTSIDE axle nut, not the inside axle nut)
- Front Axle Nut (OUTSIDE axle nut, not the inside axle nut)
- Frame Hinge. Also wrap the frame hinge cover with foam protective material. Secure with zip tie or packing tape.
- If your bike came with a Velcro strap, wrap that around the rear wheels.
- Place the bike gently into the box.
- Place the bike UPRIGHT, so that the bike is resting on the wheels AND the foam block. Please note that the bike should be oriented to match the “THIS SIDE UP” labels on the outside of the shipping box.
PLEASE NOTE: These instructions will help prevent any damage from occurring to the bike during shipping.
